Card Hunt — Rules & Privacy

Hawaii Supply Co. (HSC Commerce LLC, 808 Ahua Street, Honolulu, HI 96819) hides sealed Pokémon packs and cards around Oʻahu. Each one carries a QR code. If you find one, it’s yours — these rules explain how it works and what happens to anything you send us.

The hunt

No purchase necessary. You never have to buy anything to find, keep, or claim a hidden item. Buying something does not improve your chances.
Finders keepers. The first person to physically find an item keeps it. Scanning the code is how we know it’s been found; it isn’t required for you to keep the item.
One winner per item. Once an item’s code has been scanned and a find submitted, that item is claimed.
Items are hidden on public property — parks, beaches, trails, sidewalks and participating shops. Never trespass, damage property, dig, climb, or enter a closed area looking for one. If a spot looks unsafe or private, it isn’t ours.
Hunt at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for following all local laws and posted rules. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage that happens while you’re looking for or retrieving an item.
We may end, pause, or change the hunt at any time, and may void a find obtained by tampering, theft, or by taking an item that wasn’t hidden by us.
Item condition is as-found. We don’t guarantee the condition or value of any card or pack, and we don’t replace items that are damaged, taken by someone else, or lost to weather.

Submitting a find

Submitting is completely optional. You keep the item either way.

When you submit, you may choose to send us a photo, a nickname, an Instagram handle, and a short message. Everything you submit is reviewed by a person before anything appears publicly. We may edit, decline, or later remove any submission.

By ticking the consent box you confirm:

The photo is yours and you took it, or you have permission to share it.
You’re OK with your photo, nickname, message and the approximate find location appearing on hawaiisupplyco.com and on Hawaii Supply Co.’s social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to promote the hunt. You keep ownership of your photo.

If you’re under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s permission before submitting. If you’re under 13, don’t submit — ask a parent to do it for you. Please don’t include other people’s faces, children, licence plates, house numbers, or anything else identifying without their permission.

About scans: when a code is scanned we store the time, a coarse device type, and a salted one-way hash used only to avoid counting the same visitor twice within 30 minutes. We do not store your IP address in a readable form, we don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t use advertising cookies on the hunt pages.

About location: the map shows the spot where we hid the item. It never shows where you were standing. We do not collect your location when you submit.

Rejected submissions and their photos are deleted automatically, by default within 30 days.

Who else sees it: approved photos and captions may be posted to our Instagram and TikTok. Our site runs on Shopify, Vercel and Supabase, who process this data on our behalf. We don’t sell your personal information.

Email alerts

If you sign up for new-drop alerts, we store your email address with Shopify to send you those emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We don’t share your address with anyone else.

Your choices

Email orders@hawaiisupplyco.com any time to take your find down from the map, gallery and our social accounts; correct your nickname or message; get a copy of what we hold about you, or have it deleted; or unsubscribe from alerts.

We’ll action removal requests promptly. Posts already shared or saved by other people may be outside our control.
