How do I know your products are authentic?

Every sealed product we sell is sourced directly from Japan through trusted suppliers — never from secondary marketplaces — and arrives at your door with the factory shrink wrap exactly as it left Japan. We never reseal, and we back every item with our authenticity guarantee: if anything you receive from us turns out to be inauthentic, we'll refund you in full. Read more on our About page.

Why buy Japanese product instead of English?

Japanese sets release months before their English counterparts, include Japan-exclusive sets and Pokémon Center products that never come stateside, and are famous for consistent factory quality. Pull rates are published and reliable, and Japanese cards are prized by collectors for their print quality.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from Honolulu, Hawaii — no overseas shipping, no customs. You'll get tracking by email the moment your label is created. Orders of $225 or more ship free anywhere in the US.

How do you pack orders?

Booster boxes are wrapped in protective padding and shipped inside a sturdy outer box so corners stay crisp — we're collectors too, and we pack every order like it's going into our own collection. Singles ship sleeved and protected.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos through our contact page and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. See our refund policy for details.

Can I return something?

Sealed product can be returned within 14 days as long as the factory shrink is fully intact. Because pack contents are randomized, opened product can't be returned — that's standard across the hobby. Full details in our refund policy.

Something I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Often, yes — we restock popular sets regularly. Hit the Notify Me button on any sold-out product and enter your email; we'll automatically email you the moment it's back in stock.
